Capabilities
Our capabilities are further enhanced by our use of Miyano & Okuma CNC Lathe and Citizen CNC swiss machines. This allows for Lakeside Screw Products to make parts beyond the capabilities for our screw machines. More complex geometries, hard turning, casting processing, shorter runs, and better finishes can be achieved on these machines which would be more difficult to achieve on our screw machines.

Up to +/- .0005” Tolerances Held on turned diameters and lengths
Up to .0002 Concentricity achieved regularly
